Telephone Relay Services
Telephone Relay Service (TRS) helps persons with hearing or speech disabilities make and receive telephone calls.
- TRS is available in all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and all US Territories
- There is no cost for TRS service
How To Use:
- If you need to use our TRS services, simply dial 711
- You will then enter the telephone number of the person you are trying to reach
A Communications Assistant at the relay center will make a telephone call on your behalf and relay the call between parties between voice and text as needed.
